What is Feedr?

An online platform with a carefully curated selection of over 100 caterers, restaurants, and cafes from across London who produce high quality, nutritious and delicious food perfect for breakfasts, meetings, lunches and events.

We make it simple to place group food orders online and customise them to the needs of your workplace or event, or to set up daily or weekly lunch plans for your office.

How does Feedr work?

Browse restaurants, caterers, menus and packages online, place an order that suits your needs, and Feedr will take care of the rest, delivering straight to your office. Feedr will be there every step of the way to ensure everything goes smoothly, and if you’re having trouble deciding what to order, or finding the right fit for your event, just ask - one of our Feedr Foodies will provide bespoke recommendations!

Our Daily Menu lunch programme allows you to order individually within your office, from a rotating menu made available every day. All you have to do is place your order before 10:30 that morning and we’ll deliver directly to you at lunchtime. The best part is we never charge a delivery fee, so you only pay for your meal.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account, but it only takes a couple of minutes and will make future orders that much easier!

Can I order lunch for myself or does it have to be for a group?

With our Cloud Canteen, you can order lunch for yourself.

How do I get Feedr into my office?

That’s easy - if you have a group you are looking to feed already simply place an order online. Alternatively contact our account team at [email protected] who can provide help or suggestions to suit your needs.

If you’re looking for healthy meals for yourself or a regular lunch program for employees within your workplace, please email at [email protected] and we can unlock your office. If you take the first step, we’ll reward you with a free box of treats the first time we get an order from your office.

Food & Vendors

How do you select your vendors?

We have hand selected each and every one of our vendors (over 100 of them!). They all create deliciously balanced food, present it beautifully all while using high quality ingredients. We make sure each of our vendors has a story and are passionate about what they do. We care about nutrition and choose vendors who source and produce well. We also personally taste everything - anything that doesn’t make it past our picky team of foodies doesn’t make it to you!

Can you recommend a vendor for me?

Of course we can! We would be happy to recommend a vendor and package based on your needs. Email [email protected] and we’ll get back to you right away, or chat to one of our experts now in our live chat.

Can I order from more than one vendor?

Yes, you can. Each vendor has a minimum (usually 5-10 people), and we charge a small delivery charge per vendor, but otherwise, go wild. Some of our vendors also offer bespoke packages not on the menu, or we can also recommend a vendor that exactly suits your needs if you’re not seeing quite the right thing online.

Can you cater for events?

Yes! We can cater for breakfast, lunch, evening canape parties or anything in between.

How far ahead of time do I have to order?

For group catering, most vendors require orders to be confirmed the day before for smaller orders or 36-48 hours ahead for larger (usually 50+ people). If you need something in shorter time frame please get in touch - we do have a number of vendors that can do last minute orders.

If you’re ordering for yourself using our daily menus lunch menu, you can order the day of as long as it’s before 10:30.


What are your hours of operation?

Our standard office hours are 7:30am - 7:30pm, Monday - Friday, and weekend delivery hours are typically 8am-5pm - please ask about anything outside these times and we’ll help if we can.

Who handles the delivery?

We handle the delivery and will make sure your food is delivered right to your office.

Can I change my order?

You have up until 24 hours before your delivery to make any changes to your order. Many vendors can also accommodate changes with less notice than this, but since everything is prepared just for you, and our vendors are usually independent producers, we do operate with a cancellation policy.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order online when you place it. If you’d like to set up an invoice account for your company, you can also do so upon checkout and we’ll be in touch to confirm it, and issue you with an invoice payable by credit card or bank transfer.

How do we make sure our office gets enough to eat?

Our sharing packages are almost always priced per person, in generous portions. If you ever have any doubts about how many servings to order, or what to feed your hungry team with, please ask our expert team on the live chat, or call us on 0207 856 0482.

Is the food served in individual portions or on sharing platters?

Either! Depending on your specific needs, our vendors can provide the food in individual boxes or sharing platters.

What if the food’s late or there’s something wrong with our meal?

We do our absolute best to make sure this doesn’t happen, but in the rare case there are any issues, please contact us immediately on 0207 856 0482, at [email protected] or on our live chat. We will be able to coordinate with the vendor if needed and find the fastest way to fix the problem.
